Manish Seth is a Partner at Teakwood Global Services and serves as the firm’s attest partner, overseeing tax and audit engagements.
Manish has over 25 years of experience in accounting and business consulting. He began his career at a Big 4 accounting firm in Houston and has held roles across national and regional firms as well as in industry, including accounting manager, internal auditor, and corporate controller at a multinational seismic software company. His practice spans privately held companies, real estate, healthcare, manufacturing, services, and energy.
Manish is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Certified Cybersecurity Advisor. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA).
Manish holds a Master of Professional Accounting (MPA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
He serves as Treasurer on the One-Call Board of Texas, appointed by Governor Greg Abbott in 2023. He has previously served on the boards of the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce, Cullinan Park Conservancy, and a nonprofit healthcare provider.
Manuel Alexander Aguilar is a Partner and Chief Development Officer at Teakwood Global Services, where he leads client relationship management and business development.
Aguilar has over two decades of experience spanning commercial banking, investment banking, finance, and entrepreneurship. He co-founded Seth & Alexander Advisors, a full-service financial and accounting advisory firm. His banking career includes commercial lending and small business banking roles at BBVA, Bank of Texas, Chase Bank, and Texas Commerce Bank, as well as serving as Commercial Lending and Small Business Vice President at a Houston community bank.
He was previously a Partner and SVP at a boutique investment banking firm focused on private equity and venture capital sell-side engagements. He has also founded ALX Financial, a small business financial analytics platform, and Comal Creek Capital, a nano-venture fund.
Aguilar served as National Lead Faculty for Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses, including eight years as Houston Lead Faculty, working with over 1,000 small business owners. He is the founder and past chairman of Graduate Growth Group, a nonprofit focused on professional and business owner development.
Aguilar holds a BBA and MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas, where he received the 2018 Cameron School of Business Distinguished Alumnus Award.
Sid Hussain is a Partner at Teakwood Global Services responsible for the firm’s Client Accounting Services practice. He oversees client accounting delivery, treasury, and finance operations across the firm and its clients.
Sid has over 15 years of experience in financial management, corporate finance, and accounting operations. He began his career in public accounting before moving into finance and accounting outsourcing at a national management consulting firm, where he managed onshore and offshore F&A delivery.
He subsequently served as CFO at a Houston-based investment firm, leading a team of over 50 finance professionals across financial reporting, treasury and cash management, mergers and acquisitions support, and debt portfolio management. He also held roles as Accounting Controller and Director of Family Office during his tenure there.
Sid has built disciplined cross-border delivery operations for finance and accounting services throughout his career.
Sid is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
Francisco Rivero is a Partner at Teakwood Global Services responsible for leading the firm’s financing advisory practice.
Francisco is a senior banking executive with over 30 years of experience in commercial and consumer banking across the United States and Latin America. He spent more than three decades at Amerant Bank (formerly Mercantil Commercebank), rising to Market President for Texas, where he launched and expanded the bank’s Texas operations into a $2 billion multi-line business.
He held full P&L responsibility across retail and commercial banking, private banking, commercial real estate, compliance, and operations. Earlier in his tenure, he established the bank’s international banking operations in Mexico, growing a $700 million loan portfolio and strengthening its presence across Latin American markets. He also held leadership positions in New York, Miami, and Venezuela.
Francisco is the founder and President of Polaris Capital Solutions, a Houston-based financial consulting and banking advisory firm.
He has served on the boards of the Greater Houston Partnership, Houston Symphony Hispanic Council, Museum of Fine Arts Houston, Mexican Institute of Greater Houston, and Avenue CDC.
Sheheryar Shah is a Partner at Teakwood Global Services, where he oversees growth strategy, capital structure, and strategic partnerships.
Shah has over 20 years of experience in finance, management consulting, and business operations. He began his career in finance and consulting, progressing to Practice Director at a national management and technology consulting firm, where he led the cloud solutions and enterprise strategy practice.
He subsequently served as Chief Investment Officer and Group COO at a Houston-based investment firm, managing portfolio operations and capital deployment across healthcare, real estate, and commercial services.
His transaction experience includes over $2 billion in acquisitions, divestitures, and financings, alongside $650 million in equity and private credit investments and $800 million in commercial financing.
Shah holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Strategy from the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School.
