About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager – Finance & Accounts to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supervising the finance functions, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, exception items & fixed asset accounting.
- Analysis of periodic reports.
- Review and reconciliation of financial data.
- Oversees and prepares entries and adjustments to records, files, and statements.
- Assists with financial and variance analysis. Ensures that acceptable delivery quality standards are maintained.
- Ensures that finance functions are completed in accordance with established policies and standards.
- Direct, supervise, and assist in appraising finance personnel.
Requirements
- Qualifications: ACCA finalist or CA Finalist (Article ship completed).
- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in a managerial role.
- BPO Experience will be a plus point.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks (Online & Desktop) and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
