We’re looking for a Sales Associate to join our team and support our business development activities through outbound sales and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and introduce company services.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and online research.
- Understand client requirements and communicate relevant solutions.
- Maintain and update lead databases and client records.
- Schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
- Build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Meet assigned calling, lead-generation, and sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of sales, business development, telemarketing, or client acquisition experience preferred.
- Excellent proficiency in English and strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
- Ability to meet targets and work independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools is a plus.
- Willingness to work the night shift is required.
