The successful candidate will manage social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and website content while working with the creative and sales teams to improve overall campaign performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media channels and content calendars.
- Create and optimize email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate website content updates.
- Conduct basic keyword and competitor research.
- Work with designers to create marketing materials.
- Support lead-generation and conversion strategies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics.
- Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make recommendations.
- English and Spanish communication skills are preferred.
