HOUSTON, June 11, 2026 — Teakwood Global, a full-service accounting, tax, and advisory firm, today announced the combination of three established firms under a single brand. Formed on January 1, 2026, Seth & Alexander, HubDigit, and Peerless CFO Services now operate as Teakwood Global, an accountant-owned firm of more than 200 professionals serving over 2,700 clients nationwide from its Houston headquarters and global delivery team.
The combination brings together capabilities the firms previously delivered separately — audit and assurance (provided by Seth & Associates CPAs), tax, advisory, and client accounting services — giving small and mid-sized businesses, founder-led companies, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals a single team across their accounting and financial needs.

Teakwood Global combines as an independent, accountant-led firm at a time when much of the profession is consolidating under private-equity ownership. The firm is funded by its partners, with financing from a leading regional bank, and grows by combining with firms that share its culture and standards.
